Dudhpuke was started by our father, Puspa Raj Adhikari. He was a master's student who, together with a close friend, helped found Him Shikhar English School in his earlier days. Later, due to family responsibilities, he stepped away from the school and moved fully into farming and dairy work.
Our story with milk began by supplying neighbours around Tarahara - caring for our cows and delivering fresh milk to nearby homes and shops. Over time, we expanded to make paneer, ghee, and cheese from the same fresh milk. This work has built a circle of families who rely on us every morning and who know our father personally.
In 2020, Om Sai Pashu Palan was officially registered as a dairy business. With Dudhpuke, we continue the same straightforward promise our father began: fresh milk and dairy products from our own farm, delivered on time to your home.

Daily Routine from Farm to Your Cup
The same simple routine every day — so you know exactly how your milk is handled before it reaches your family.

Morning Milking at the Farm
Milking starts around 3:30 am and finishes by 5:00 am at our own farm. The same milk we keep for our family is what we send out for customers.

Chilling, Packing & First Deliveries
Straight after milking we chill and pack the milk, then send fresh cans to local tea shops so they can open with Dudhpuke milk.

Doorstep Delivery & Farm Pick‑Ups
Morning rounds continue to nearby homes and shops, while 5–6 neighbouring families visit the farm to collect their milk directly.

Care, Cleanliness & Afternoon Milking
After each milking we feed green grass, maize mix and balanced feed, clean sheds for hygiene, then repeat the routine with afternoon milking (around 1:30–2:30 pm), chilling and delivery.
